1. Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.5 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account with 29ph. Opening multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false identities is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we discover multiple accounts belonging to the same person, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void all bets and winnings, and retain all deposits as compensation for breach of contract.

You agree to indemnify 29ph for any losses, damages, or costs incurred as a result of your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Service is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account information if circumstances change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Responsible Use

You agree to use the Service in a responsible manner consistent with all applicable laws, these Terms and Conditions, and principles of fair play. You must not use the Service while under the influence of alcohol or drugs to the extent that your judgment is impaired. 29ph provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options, which you are encouraged to utilize.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

29ph accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Philippine players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency (USDT). All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Minimum Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and accounts permanently closed.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, interfaces, and other materials displayed on or through the 29ph platform (collectively, the "Content") are the exclusive property of 29ph or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The 29ph name, logo, and all related branding are registered trademarks owned by the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Content without our express written permission.

You may not use any automated systems, scraping tools, bots, or other methods to extract, copy, or collect Content from the 29ph platform. Any unauthorized use of Content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy laws, and other applicable regulations, and may result in civil or criminal penalties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 29ph, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

29ph provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall 29ph's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves risk of financial loss, and you assume all responsibility for any losses incurred while using the Service. 29ph is not responsible for losses resulting from your gambling decisions, poor judgment, or failure to manage your bankroll responsibly.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by 29ph

29ph reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, posed a security risk, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority. During suspension, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or request withdrawals pending investigation.

10.2 Permanent Closure by 29ph

We may permanently close your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have materially breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if continued operation of your account poses unacceptable risk to 29ph or other users. Upon permanent closure, any remaining legitimate balance (excluding amounts obtained through fraudulent means or bonus abuse) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed to 29ph.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before processing account closure, we will settle any outstanding bets, process any pending withdrawals, and ensure all bonus terms have been satisfied. Once an account is closed, you may not reopen it or create a new account without our express written permission.

10.4 Self-Exclusion

As part of our responsible gaming commitment, 29ph offers self-exclusion options for players who wish to take a break from gambling. You may self-exclude for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked, and you will be unable to access the Service. For disputes that cannot be resolved through our customer support process, you and 29ph agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or similar arbitration body operating in the Philippines. Arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in Metro Manila. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

11.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes with 29ph will be resolved on an individual basis and that you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

12. Changes to Terms

29ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to users through email notification, account messaging, or prominent notice on the website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
